Had my consult

I am officially beginning the process! I went for my consult with the surgeon on Wed. Aug 19th. My insurance is requiring a 6 month diet, but they will accept a 2 previous consecutive 3 months of diets with in the past 2 years. I have 4 months documented from Wieght Watcher. I did have more,but cna't find them. Oh well! So I am beginning my 3 month diet on Monday. I have been counseled and weighed in with my primary care Dr.
I am excite dand scared at the same time. But, as my friend told me she woul dbe concerned if I was not a little scared. It is a big step for me to gain control over my life. As far as my wieght goes I have never felt in control. Being over wieight since I was 7, I can't remember how it feels to be at a normal weight. I am looking forward to the journey!
