Swelling?

How long does it take to get rid of the swelling ? I look like I am having twins and my stomach is weird shape (from the stitches)

1 side of my stomach is bigger than the other side. I have noticed it is getting better each day, but still hurts alot , getting up or down and coughing is rough to do.. I am 4 days post-op
