Hello all,

Well i told only a couple of people at my job that i'm having this surgery. 1 good friend, the office manager, and my supervisor. The office manager keeps asking me stupid questions about the surgery and it is starting to bother me. Her attitude is like "She is taking the easy way out" Everyone in the very small office i work in i small and skinny. They don't understand what i have been though or what have i done to try to get the weight off. time to go home i will add more when i get home...

Hello all,

I'm having an issue with trying to loss the required 10lbs before surgery. I don't know why i'm eating like i use to and i never gain as much as i am know. Instead of loosing 10lbs i gained it. I don't want to blame anything but i did quit smoking in January and i think that is why i gained 10lbs. Know the battle is to at lease maintain my recent weight so that when i go for my pre- op Dr. Giovanni don't reschedule me due to weight gain. I'm trying the half of the liquid diet. A protein shake in the am toast and tea in the afternoon and dinner in the evening. don't know what else to do.

I got my date today March 27.......yippppeeeee

I should know by today if my date is March 5 or 6.... yippeeeee.....

Today i called my surgeons office to see if they got my EDG report back. They received it and my doctor signed off on my chart. know i'm just waiting for them to look at my surgeon schedule to see when they can book me for my surgey. I could here by tomorrow.

Today was not a good day. I had my second consult with Dr. Giovianni and she could not set a date due to the office staff mistakes. The office staff was suppose to set me up with another appiontment and they didn't so hear i am thinking that i'm gonna get my date today. She had me sign all paper work so that i don't have to go to the office again, and she said that someone will call me to give me a date.  What a Downer :-( 
I have until 7/2/07 to get the surgery done or the insurance approval expires. Well i will  keep you posted if i hear from them.

Today i called a surgeon to make a appointment for a consult. But i had to go to a semiar first, I was lucky enough that today was the day for the seminar that they hold once a month. I got a lot of good information. I'm going to call first thing in the morning to make my appointment. i will let you know what happened.

Today i called my insurance company  to see if they cover WLS .... yeah :-} they do....
