Shanna...I am ready to get on your butt! 8am! Girl! I hit my floor every morning at 5:30 if not 5:15 in order to get the girls ready, get them to school, and be to work at 7:00. The water aerobics are really fun. If you get too tired--only do 30 minutes instead of an hour. Go home and take a nap. Only you know how much your body can handle and it will get better with time. Do you need me to start calling you at 7:30 and make sure you are up, girl? You know I will. Wow! A size 20...I am envying you. My 22s are getting toooooo tight! I can't wait to be a loser. Keep up the good work.
