Today, this morning i weighed in at 199.2!!!
Finally out of the 200's!!!
i'm BEAMING!

i love the new life i've been afforded with the sleeve! i feel better than i ever have in my adult life! i feel better than i look. not being conceited ... i just KNOW that i look so much better because i FEEL better also. even when i thought i was looking my best at my heaviest it doesn't compare to how i feel now.
my husband has made a new committment to his health. he has type 2 diabetes and has somewhat ignored it for the past 10 yrs. i just keep praying for him because i know that ultimately it's his decision whether he wants to live a whole and healthy life.
GOD is GREAT!

thanksgiving was GREAT! i nibbled throughout the day... i know "don't graze" but it was ONLY for that day.

i must say that on Sunday i will be 5 mos. out and i've been perfectly comfortable with all of the Christmas outings and eating a very tiny portion. i'm able to enjoy the people and not look forward to just the food. my outlook is soooooo much different now. i weigh 221.4 today. and i had set a goal to be at 220 by my 5 month surgiversary. i think i may make it. but i definitely want to be at 215 by 6 mos. i think i can i think i can... i KNOW i can! i've gotten back on track with my b12 and getting in more n more protein. God has truly blessed me with a GREAT tool!
