Setback in june with fluid taken out for being too full.  race ahead to now.. having not had any restriction (read this will power)
since that time i have gained a significant amt of wt back.....
Well, saw my new surgeon and got a fill, got a pep talk, PEP talked myself and back on the band wagon again!  
it still does amaze me that a tiny bit of fluid can give so much restriction.. My brain still bitches it cant have the things it craves but its right where it belongs.. :)

Today was another day of rest.. Slowly sipping gatorade...I am sure my blogging will be more exciting in the future..
I am heading back to work tomorrow..
Yes i know.. I am probably an idiot.. but I really dont feel all that bad!  Will take it easy and slow ....

Well I am off with a band and a gurgle on post op day 1.... Aside from some Gas issues, or lack thereof I would say i am feeling pretty good.  Weighed in at 199 yesterday before surgery (which was down 5lbs).

No staples or sutures just dermabond goodness.    hubby and i are staying in a hotel near the surgery center in Ft. Lauderdale florida.  I had my surgery at Strax Rejuvenation and I must say that I am very impressed with the staff there.  As a nurse myself the attentiveness of all of the staff must be recognized!!!  My surgeon (Dr. Choi) was top notch and answered all of my questions.  Even the anesthesiologist was Superb and told me everything she was doing right up until she sent me to sleepy land!
