Regain!????

Hello hello friends!

Six long years ago I had RNY surgery 

I let my guard down a bit and sadly gained 

about 15 lbs. it is not all loss but I felt best at 

185 lbs . I need to get back to where I'm 

happiest. Can anyone tell me total carbs allowance 

per day and fat ?  I think my pouch has stretched ... is there any help for that ?Is it possible to have surgery to reduce the pouch again? Has anyone done that ?
