"I first saw Dr. Simpson in August 2013 for a Lap Band. All of his staff was extremely friendly and very informative with any information (from appointment scheduling to insurance questions to questions about weight loss surgery) I was able to get my Lap Band placed in December 2013. The before and after care given from the staff was amazing. They called to check in on me a few times after my surgery (and before my appointment) and were very supportive with any post-op questions that I had. Another thing that was very important to me was that EVERY appointment I saw Doctor Simpson -Not a PA or another doctor - it was him every time. The appointments never felt rushed - i never left feeling like any questions were unanswered. Doctor Simpson also sends out e-mails to his patients that I feel have helped me be so successful with my Lap Band - My last appointment with Doctor Simpson before I had to move out of state I thanked him for changing my life - He smiled and said "I didn't change my life- I just gave you the tool" -- From the beginning with Doctor Simpson and his staff, this has been a very enjoyable experience !
