1 month post op

Hey,

Posted pics of before and after.  Also pics of the surgery.  Please dont leave nasty comments.  If you dont support me dont follow my journey!  This is a "No Negative Area"!

I am down to 287 lbs in 4 weeks!  It is still hard to eat and have dumped a couple times.  I am still afraid of food.  I am getting better at getting water in!  Yeah!

I went to my one month check up.  48lb loss on their records.  I got in trouble for still being on baby food and not regular.  So I have been trying really hard to get regular food in and lots of protein.

I walk almost 2 miles a day.
