"My impressions all along of Dr. Rosen and each member of his staff have been very high. They are professional but very caring and willing to work with you for your success. They are pretty demanding, but though it is very hard to stay in compliance, I'd rather have a doctor who will refuse to operate than one who just approves anybody for surgery. They emphasize aftercare and have a very structured support program. My only slight negative is that they did sort of ignore me while the legal fight with insurance was taking place. I just assumed this was an oversight (they cancelled an appointment and never mentioned re-scheduling). In the meantime I just kept seeing my primary physician monthly."
