It all started about 6 yrs ago with the pregnancy of my son. before I was pregnant I weighed 127lbs. After having him I lost about 30lbs , but then later on gained it back plus some. It has been a up and down rollercoaster. then in 2005 I got pregnant with my daughter . I got up too 217 with her, got back down to 202 after birth then climbed up to my heaviest 232.5. Makes me sick thinking about it. So March 21 I had my orientation class talking about the surgery. I decied YES! Now all that was left was gettingt the approval from the surgeon and my insurance. To sum it all up- I was approved had the Gastric bypass surgery April 24 2007. (OPEN) I did very well, and am still doing very well! I was ready to live my life again and I hate that obesity took away 5 years of my life! But thats ok cause Im taking back whats rightfully mine! : )
