I was born and raised in New York at a young age my family moved to Puerto Rico (Caribbean), my family was very disfunctional, they loved us very much but didnt know how to show us that love. My brother ran into the army i ran into music. I grew up as a thin girl but at age 31 i started to gain weight. From 5'2 120 pounds to 269 pounds. I didnt know how to stop eating so much, food was my comfort zone. With the help of God and my husband i decided to loose weight, and i also decided to have my gastric bypass surgery, thank God i did. Im post op, had my surgery January 24th 2007. Still have a long way to go but i know that Jesus is with me and He will help me thru all this process. Also my husband is my best friend and with his love and support i know ill be Ok. Im a christian vocalist, studied music and vocal training, i love to sing and write songs its my passion, specially christian music. Sometimes i had to sing sitting down because of my weight, but i trust God that soon ill be singing standing up, God is good. Feel free to visit my site's
