Getting a Move on

Well I am going for my consulatation with Dr. Sapala on January 13th. I am gettig so excted. Dr. Sapala only offers the Sapala-Wood Micropouch, but my regular doctor recommended him. So I am going to give it a chance and here him out. I am a little nervous that the recovery is so long with the by pass but I know that in reality the band is not for me. So I have to get this done.
