So, I am part of a support group in my area but most, if not all, of the members are married or already involved.  I was wondering if there are any single people on this website who could tell me some of their experiences dating post surgery, during weight loss.  Any websites you can recommend, any tips about when to bring up the surgery aspect, really any advice at all.  I'm ready to get started dating again but the task just seems so daunting and impossible right now!  Thanks!

I am almost three weeks out from my Sleeve Gastrectomy and I am feeling a little bit defeated.  I did well with my weight loss during my 10 day liquid diet (lost 10 pounds) and then did ok the week and a half after my surgery (lost another 10 pounds) but now for the past week I have pretty much stalled with no weight loss .  I don't know if this is typical, if I'm blowing it out of proportion or if I'm doing something wrong.  I am following the program as recommended, getting my water and protein in so I don't know what else I could be doing.  If anyone else encountered this and has advice I would appreciate it!
