I didnt think I would be able to do the shakes but they really aren't bad.  Had my Pre Testing done yesterday.  Starting to get a little nervous.  I know this is the right decision I just hope that I don't live to regret it.  There are very few foods that I really enjoy but the thought of never having them again dissapoints me.  Then I read the message by WLS graduates that say they can eat everything and they are gaining a lot of weight back scares me.  I just need to follow the diet and keep checking this Web site for eveyones support.  I am glad that I found this wonderful site.
