Glad to have you aboard.  Please feel free to jump right in with any comments/concerns.  This is the best way to communicate between meetings for immediate support.

At our February 11th support meeting we will be talking about portions and dining out.  This seems to be an issue we all face and I'd like you to share what works and what doesn't work for you.  I am also asking for volunteers who want to take a more active part in the group leadership.  I know we have many successful and talented members, so please let me know if you are interested. 
Does anyone have a good recipe they want to share this month?  Be sure to check out your email for the meeting flyer and the 2010 support calendar .
