Bad day
Feb 02, 2011
i have been doing better each day but yesterday was a bad day. My anti-nausea patch slipped and every time I opend my eyes I thought I was going to be sick. Once I moved the patch closer to my ear I started to feel better. It took about 2 hours for the nausea to go away. I also had the nasty drain removed. The drain seemed to be the worst part of all this until I had the horrible nausea. Last night I slept the best I had since surgery and this morning I feel pretty good. I'm hoping today is a good day and head me out in a positive direction.
Three Weeks until D-Day
Jan 04, 2011
My surgery is in 3 weeks. I'm getting excited. I have so many "To Do's" that I have to cross off my list before I head to the hospital. I have to complete all my tax information for my business and my husband's a week earlier than normal due to surgery date and I have a tough enough time meeting the 1/31 deadline as it is. My biggest hurdle right now is being prepared with sources of protein after surgery. I'm so picky with protein shake tastes that I am having a problem with buying a big can of something and not liking it.
