I'm 26yrs old and miserable because of my weight! I'm over 300lbs!! I started the whole sleeve journey back on Sep 21st after seeing my mothers friend get sleeved and LOVING life! I have not always been overweight! All thru high school I was in shape and played volleyball since I was in 4th grade. After I graduated high school it went downhill from there! Got my first job...a sit down job with LOTS of carry ins! I gained 100lbs in a little over a year and it just kept coming on! I'm single with NO kids and in a way I'm thankful for that because I wouldn't be setting a good healthy example for my kids. I want to get married and have kids but I want to love me first! My mom has the Lapband and I actually started that process back in 2008...got approved and a surgery date but canceled bc I was too scared and didn't like the thought of having something around my stomach at all times! But now I'm READY to be sleeved! I have awesome family and friends who support me :)
