"So glad to hear you're doing great! I've started my Optifast diet yesterday and my surgery is scheduled for May 22nd with Dr. Jules. I have to say, I'm a little nervous, mostly about taking my medication. With a "tiny tummy", i'm pretty sure my pills will fill me right up. Plus, taking small sips of water won't help them go "down the hatch" too easily.
This optifast is a treat though (sarcasm). I did find that splashing a bit of almond extract into the chocolate makes it actually quite tasty. The vanilla makes me sad though :o)"
