Ok so my story is I am 23 years old and I just had lap-band surgery. Some people say that it is such a big decision to make at such a young age, but I feel like it was the right thing for me. I have always been overweight. As a child i was active and played soccer and was on local swim teams, but I was always still bigger than everyone else. I've decided to have this surgery for many reasons. I want to make sure I am healthy and I want to feel better about myself, so I am taking this huge step to make it happen...
