I had VSG 5 years ago, reached goal weight but over past year and a bit have regained about 50 pounds and despite best efforts at diet cannot lose. In fact I continue to gain at a more rapid rate the further out from my surgery I go.  It seems the low calorie intake has reset my metabolism, along with getting older (65plus).  I am looking for advice on possible revision, anyone with experience in revision to DS several years after VSG?  DId the revision result in weight loss and maintenance? IS the weight slower coming off?  I am hungry most of the time and need intake of 800 or so calories a day or I gain.  Did you still have hunger issues after DS In order to lose?  HElpful advice much appreciated as this is a huge decision.
