Well so far so good I suppose I'm losing about a pound a day.  I'm still not taking in enough water, but I'm trying! Acid and gas pains are an issue at times.  I have a new best friend-- Gas X maximum strength melting strips. LOL... works great!

Well everything seems to be going great.  I went back to work yesterday, I'm trying to drink as much as possible, eating my liquid to pudding consistency, and I'm already seeing changes.  I'm down 11 pounds since surgery 7 days ago, my face is thinner, and my ring is lose.  This is so exciting.  My pain is all but gone.  I did have to learn the hard way to do as I'm told after taking a bite of my daughters food the other day and thinking I was gonna DIE! Gas x maximum strength dissolvable strips are my best friend. Well lathers all I'm gonna try and figure out how to upload some pics.
