I wouldn't call him a charismatic man, but he is professional and gets right to the point when you speak with him. I have emailed him several times since my surgery, and he has always answered me quite quickly with a helpful response. He also called me personally to check how I was doing and has given me an emergency # where I can reach him. I would highly recommend Dr. Gagner. And if you need a revision, he is one of the best revision surgeons in the world. "
