I wanted to post and thank everyone for their prayers and well wishes! I am now 5 weeks post op and, after a really hard 3 weeks which included a second hospitalization, I am doing much better with my energy increasing everyday. I went back to work last week, which was surprisingly a good thing! Again, thank you so much for all your prayers! I needed each and everyone of them! Lori Stroud

I Said a Prayer of Healing for you -- body, mind and soul -- That God would bring you comfort to restore and make you whole. I prayed you'd be surrounded by His awesome love and healing, Dispelling all anxiety or pain you might be feeling. Finally, I prayed you'd be uplifted by His grace, and feel yourself enfolded in the peace of His embrace. Wishing you all the best on your journey for a healthy happy new you. Unofficial Self-Appointed Angel.....Lori had a really bad time after the test today. She was feeling great til then but ended up vomiting for a long time. I just got off the phone with her. Her tummy hurts more from all the wretching than from the surgery. She is hoping to get to go home tomorrow. She misses her baby terribly. Lori is one of the nicest people. I hope you will wish her well. I had open rny so I am useless on helping her with post lap procedures. I know she would love to hear from some of yall. Thanks a bunch. (Ann in TX)
