Hello, to all it has been a while since i posted everything is still going good with my weight lose i am 76 lbs down my weight is 179lbs. I will post some pictures of mysself when i take some new ones .I haven't had a chance to take some yet but will soon.

I had my surgery on 2/2/09 and i had the vsg it has been 3 months and i have lost a total of 64 lbs since i had my surgery.
