Also any documentation you have of previous diets especially a medically supervised diet. Having this made everything go very quick. Dr. Caruana and Independent Health is very much into aftercare. There is at least a years worth of followup and you are hooked up with a nutritionist and also an exercise person. Dr. Caruana has a fitness center attached to his office. He did address the risks of surgery in his informational meeting you have to attend before you have your consult. Both his surgical competence and bedside manner are great."
