So is there a difference between b12 shots and the daily b12?

so today is my second day after surgery. feel good  my abs are tight from the surgery and have gas still but its working its way out. my main question is will swallowing get easier. right now i can swallow normally but after my second drink i feel everything going down very slowly, will this pass? is it because i'm swollen?

Well i went to the doctor today and i lost another 5 lbs awesome. Tomorrow is my surgery at 12pm. i have to be at the hospital at 10am. Found out today that the hospital is wifi enabled and will have my laptop with me. I am on twitter so please follow me logness_84.  i'm excited about tomorrow. wondering how much pain i'm gonna have. super excited for my future.

Well my surgey date has been tentatively set for Aug 17. I want to try some protein shakes now so i know which i'll like i'm looking for suggestions help me out.

So thursday was my birthday and i chose to have my endoscopy that day. Thank god it didn't take long no pain and wow i've never been under that was cool didn't have any side affect outside of coughing when i first woke up. I could've went to work but i stayed home and slept. Hey it was my birthday. So today my best friend is giving me a BBQ like he does every year and i've never been a drinker or big eater so for him its gonna be a rib steak and beer day. for me it'll be a burger or two and alot of water as always lol. Geeze. I look back at my last 25 years and wonder how i got to 301. But the break for me was when i was no longer able to shop at Old Navy. Happy to say with cloths on i lost 5 pounds since last month awesome for me. I can't wait for my surgery next month. I really wonder how long it'll take for me to get to my goal weight of 180. Working hard has me super excited and knowing my family supports me is awesome. Well enjoy your weekend ya'll, i'll check in again before my surgery date.

So i've been going back and forth with the idea of weight loss surgery specifically gastric bypass. Today i finally said after last months seminar i'm set i'm going to have it done so i speak with a friend who sold my by Oxford Liberty plan months ago and she told me. Emma Dr. Abkin and Bertha dropped Oxford Liberty plans. WHAT I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT.  What this now means is that they will not accept anyone that has this insurance. Of course you can still go to them and pay out of pocket but no more letting the insurance pay if your with them, THAT BITES.
