I woke up today and what a beautiful day, not only is it election day but this will be a day in history for Barack Obama, we need a change and change is just what we are going to get.  I had a pretty slow month in October I believe I might have lost 6 pds for the whole month which was discouraging .   I talked with my doctor's wife and she said well at least you maintained.  I must say my clothes are falling off.  I use to wear a 28 and now it wont even stay on my waste, so even though pounds were not dropping somehow I have ended up in a 24 pants and a 22 size top and thats something to smile about.   Keep and eye out for up to date pictures.  Also let me give everyone a warning I wasn't eaten my protein like I was suppose to and I had micros in my hair and when I took them down last week alot of my hair came out, luckily for me Ive always had long and very thick hair, its still long but its thining.  So now I'm getting protein treatments in my hair, taking biotin and of course making sure I eat my 60grams of Protein.  So learn from my mistakes and eat your protein and take your vitamins.

Hello Everyone I have lost a total of 42lbs.  I am still losing slow, but honestly not doing the right things. I pretty much can eat anything I want to from Ice cream to Moon-pies, really hadn't experience dumping until today and let me tell you for the record it is nothing nice :(............ I ate Nachos that I made at home along with a Sunkist Cherry Limeade and I was in the bathroom sweating, stomach in knots, feeling horrible, so if my experience will save someone else from going through it please take heed do what you are suppose to do.  Starting tomorrow I am going to eat right and stay away from fast food and restaurants because my thinking was I can only eat a little bit, how much could that really hurt.  Well I think it has slowed down my weight loss and I still am not getting my 60 Proteins nor 64 Oz's of Fluid.  But starting tomorrow I'm going back on full liquids and soft food with maybe some meat high in protein and daily vitamins.  So everyone keep me in your prayers, because the one reason I was always against a surgery was because, if your mind don't change you in trouble.  So now I am changing my mind to go with my changing body.  Look for pictures coming soon from my last trips.

Today was my 4 week check up, I've lost a total of 21pds which seems to be low to me.  I am having trouble with drinking 64 oz of fluids daily, and 60 grams of Protein and it seems as if I can eat anything I just need to take my time and chew it and eat slowly.  My biggest thing is I'm barley eating or drinking so you would think I would of lost more weight.?  The doctor thinks I'm dehydrated so he told me either drink more or get hooked up to an IV, I chose to drink more. So far today I'm at 55oz of Fluids a record for me.

I started exercising last week and have been doing it for the last 5 days, cycling, toning and walking.

So I am happy but not the results I was looking for especially since I am a sweet eater and I have had minimum sweets like mcdonalds plain Sundae and I can only eat 1/2 without getting sick.  I definitely didn't want the dumping syndrome, but in away I knew it would be best for me.  But Glory to God I have not tried chocolate b/c in my mind I will get sick as a dog and thats what I need to believe since thats my favorite.
Any advice is welcomed!
