I feel like Im noticing life hurts

As I sit here in my chair at work just thinking about how much my back hurts I find myself looking at the calender in anticipation of my upcoming appointment. I feel like everything is still a blur... listen to me... sounding like i just won a million dollars. I wonder... what I would do i i was truly offered a choice between a million dollars and my surgery. Honestly I don't think that the fact that this is happening has fully sunken in quite yet so I might go for the million. Fortunately for me there is no million to take I guess. I wonder how the world will seem to me after my surgery... say maybe 2yrs post op. I know now what i didn't know then and that is how much it really truly sucks being overweight but food is like quick sand. One day your building a sand castle the next day your waist deep and wishing you could float. Anyhow breaks over and time to get back at it!
