My mom died suddenly this past monday morning...i spoke with her and my dad as they were eating their breakfast...15 minutes later she was gone....
i feel like i am on an out of control roller coaster...

I think i am depressed...i have lost no weight in over a month....makes me want to eat!

I am below 200 pounds for the first time in many many years...this is so wonderful...i also got the most wonderful surprise gift on Monday evening....my son and daughter in law are expecting!  This is such a blessed miracle as they were told they would not be able to have children. To make It even more special is the fact that there were no drugs taken, just the plain natural way to conceive...isn't God good!     

Well i am offically half way to my goal!    It feels so great  to be a looser!

Well here I am a month has passed and thankful to say no more hurricanes. i am doing wonderful weight loss is back on track. My wonderful Husband has lost 25 pounds. He looks and feels great. i started going to the gym with my sister. I have such a great support system. In case there is anyone that doesnt know I have 4 children. Lori is 29 and is a Special Education teacher. Kristi is 26 and is a 1st grade teacher. Ryan is 22. He is a welder by trade and is happily married to my beautiful daughter in law Laura. She is such a great addtion to our family. last but not least is Brett who is 20. Brett is working his way thru school by working at academy.  Amanda is Brett's girlfriend of about 6 years. I am pretty sure she will be my daughter in law one day.
I am so proud of all my children. They all worked and paid their own way thru school while living out on their own.
Jay is my wonderful husband. He is an engineer at Citgo and is working on his masters degree. My kids love Jay and he loves them as his own.

I weigh every sunday morning and take measurements every other sunday. I am so excited i have lsot 5 pounds this week and 5 more inches. I really need to update my pics. And what a weekend LSU beat Auburn last night. We had the big LSU party here last night. Well hopefully things will be a little more settled this week at work but i am not counting on it. Asmore prople get to go home from the hurricane tht means more work for us. But i feel blessed that i had no dmage to my home.

Well been kinda busy with the hurricanes.  I am kind of struggling now. Seems my weight loss has plateaued already. i am not sure how to jump start it. It is kind of depressing me.

Well I am 3 weeks post op..back to work for a week now. I feel wonderful! I have had no bad reactions to any food and feel better than i have for years. I am down to 246. 
I am ready for some LSU football.

Well today i got that wonderful drain removed..ummm that was no fun.  I am feeling wonderful and starting riding my stationary bike when igot home. I am down to 267 an dso excited to be on the loosing team now!

Well surgery was a breeze. So much so that I got to come home a day early. So it is now sunday and  I will sip and walk today. The weather is horrible here.
