HIT 239 WEDNESDAY!!

 I finally did it!! I seems like months and months but i finally got to 239 lbs this week! i was around 245-248 it seemed like forever but I just intensified my work outs and bamo the weight came off......... what i think did it the most was i started running at the gym! I would jog on the treadmill at about 4.2 MPH and then every 2 minutes i would bump it up .5 mph run for 1 minute then take it back to 4.0- 4.5 MPH for 2 minutes and i did this till i got to 6.5 mph then i started going back down from 6.5MPH till i got to 4.5 MPH..........i would do this for about 40-45 minutes at least twice a week and then on Saturday's i would jog by my home.......there is a ball breaker of a hill for the return trip home!! i run about 3-4 miles on the weekend and Sunday was my take the dog for a walk day!! So really Wednesday is my only day off........ it feels so nice going to the store and not having to ask if they have 2X or 3X clothes............
