"My only complaint with the hospital was when I was in ICU. I didn't have a phone close to me so the nurses would have to transfer calls to my room and then come in and get the phone for me. As a result my family didn't get to talk to me as much as we would have liked especially considering I had complications. On the day I was being transfered to a private room I received two messages from family but no phone calls. My family would have been more at ease if they had been allowed to actually talk to me instead of just the nurse."
