"I loved Dr. Thayer from the first minute I met him. He made me feel totally comfortable with myself and the surgery. He answered all of my questions in depth and made a special effort to completely explain the procedure, risks, benefits, etc. The office staff was exceptional as well. Everyone went over and above. Was nice to feel comfortable in a doctor's office, unlike other times when I felt I was being judged because of my weight. I particularly liked the program Dr. Thayer has. They do not treat just obesity, they treat the whole person; nutritionally, emotionally, physically. I felt they really care about their patients. I definitely would recommend Newton-Wellesley Obesity Associates to anyone. They are THE BEST !!!!!!! Thank you guys for you compassion."
