I am 33 years old and like most people that are overweight, I have been struggling with my weight since I was young. The smallest that I ever remember being was 200 lbs and that was when I was 14 or 15 years old. I have tried so many diets and even went to Physicians Weight Loss Center. I had a membership at Ballys and other gyms. I have 4 boys ages 18,14, 5 and 4. I have been married for 5 years. I want to see my boys grow up, finish college, get married and I want to RUN with my grandchildren, something I can not do now.

I come from a family of skinny people who have never been big and love to tell me how to lose weight.
