6 months post op and loving it!! - I have lost around 60 lbs since July 23!! I went from 210-150.  Went from a size 14/16 to 7/8. Its great, I would recommend it to anyone!

10 Weeks Post op today!! 42 lbs lost, 35 to go!! - Im so excited. This has been a great journey. Tough at times but well worth it!!

Trouble with vitamins - I took a chewable last night, I threw it right up. What can I do to keep that from happening? I had just ate some sugar free pudding. It shouldnt have made me sick! 

Im 2 weeks post op today!! At what stage did you a - Hamburger patty? Anything else? Im on soft foods now but I cant remember if those count or if I should wait another week!!

What Vitamins do you buy? Better deal for the mone - I know there are plenty out there bariatric brands etc. I am just wondering if there is something just as good but not $50 a bottle.
