My Story......OK i have always been a big girl but in the last year or so i have gained a lot and i mean a lot of weight from many different factors....meds, being sick a lot, skippin meals, eating crappy etc Im ready to stop the crap and get my life back. My Dr. wont even let me exersize right now because my heart rate goes sky high so i have been working on nutrition and have lost some weight on my own but my BMI is 66.9 im gonne need a little more help then just eating better. I didnt put all this weight on in one day and i know it will not take me a day to take it all off so here i am arms in the air yelling for the world to hear...im readyyyyyy
Ok thats my obesity crap...who am I.... I am a 31 yr old stay at home mom to a wonderful 2 yr old daughter, i am married to the most understanding wonderul man ever and i live in southern massachusetts. I have a cat Misty that gets tortured by my daughter lol but shes a good sport. I am very much interested in meeting ppl on here that are in the same boat as i am. I just can't talk to my 120 friend about this stuff she just cant understand lol...best of luck to all
