OK. Sot the hair is still falling out. Didnt know I had that much hair until it started coming out. My surgeon told me that its because I'm not drinking enough protein. So I stepped up my protein shake intake to 60 grams plus lots of beans and meats. Thats really hard to do since its not the best thing I've ever drank. Hair is still falling out though, guess I gotta let it run its course.

I went on vacation last month with some good friends but had a really hard time trying to get them to adjust to my new eating habits while in LV,NV. Everythings fast food and all they wanted was McDs. I cant stand that place no more and no one understood why I dont like white breads no more(fill me up way too fast, full of carbs and I need protein). I find it hard to eat out with family & friends right now but I know that'll change in time. I crave veggies/fruits like crazy but doing my best to eat proteins first. Although I know it doesnt help, I still eat a salad at least 4-5 times a week with turkey or fish.

I can finally see the changes in my body and it's a real mind trip. I have to learn to stay away from the plus size section now and thats weird. Ive been plus size for over 10 years and now this. LOL. I feel lighter on my feet and can walk long distance without passing out.. Oh and Iove crossing my long legs and dancing. (still working on my moves though, LOL)

ps. I never realized how bad I looked when I ate/gorged until I had surgery and started watching people eat. I never want to be like that again. I love my new life, my new chance at life.  I cant believe that I had those bad eating habits & I used to eat combo meals and super sized, no wonder why America is so fat. ( Im not judging, just observing)
