Well hello everyone, I'm new to OH. I've been reading stories and forums and looking at all your before and after photos....and I have to say.......YOU ALL GIVE ME HOPE! You all are doing amazing, everyday is one more step in the right direction. After reading some of your journeys you've already answered some of my questions and soothed some of my fears, and though I don't know any of you....Thank you so much for sharing your lives. I will be having surgery in a lil over a month and I'm in prep stage (as I call it), gearing up, getting things ready, trying various protein shakes (a big undertaking I have found, as I don't care for the chalkiness), vitamins, and going over everything I've learned over the past year. So with that I say HELLO, GOOD DAY!
