Intro

I am Stan, and I had my surgery on May 27, 2009 at Tampa General Hospital. I weighed 413 pound right before surgery. I was lucky in the fact that I had few weight complications. I had sleep apnea, which i wore a cpap, and high blood pressure that was corrected with one pill twice a day. I am 34(just turned 34 june 23rd) and I am a full time student, husband, and father. Oh and I work too. I love the fact that there is a closeness that I feel when I talk too others that have had surgery and are going through this journey too. If you have not been on there, there are many wonderful people on there that are sharing their stories and it is a great thing!!
