I had RNY in 2003 and lost 200+ pounds, but after a divorce, five years ago, started the gain! So I am now doing Atkins and having a heck of a time with it. Even though I have gained 70 lbs I still have never been able to eat much. I do not drink with my meals ever, and have really never had anything but water since 2003. So is anyone else out there on Atkins and how are you doing on it? I've lost 10 lbs in 2.5 weeks. I feel like I felt in the beginning of my surgery!
