Hi all...IM HOME!!!!! WOOOOOHOOO. I Made it to the "OTHER SIDE" I am doing so much better. I went in to surgery almost as soon as I reported on Tuesday. The Surgery went for just over 2 hours and according to the doctor it was very uneventfull. I had the best group of doctors. They really took care of me and made sure everything went well. I had problems with the morphine and the barium swallow. I completely threw up on both of those occations. I feel as If I am doing very well. I am not in a whole lot of pain anymore. I have liquid vicoden. Thank goodness. I am doing so much better now that I am home and Really Thank the staff of Doctors that took care of me. They really are the best. I hope to hear from each and everyone of those who had the same day. Take care al

I missed wishing you well before surgery so I will be thinking of you during recovery. I am also going through UCD so hope to see you on the other side one day. Take care and hang in there!!

JJ.. you are my girl! This is going to change your life and hopefully will get you on the road to where you wanna be. I have known you since we were 6 or so, and I know what a challange this has been in your life,(and I've always had your back!) and only on occasion have you let it get you down. I know how it is to have control over everything else in your life except your weight, and how frustrating it is, and what a vicious cycle it can be. This is your tool, your way, just what you need to get your weight down, and once it begins to drop, you'll remember how good it feels to have the energy, and it will just feed into your recovery and your success! I love you JJ, and I can't wait to see you when I come down in June. We'll go shopping!! Whoo!! *tight hugs* ~jenna
