"My 1st impression of Dr. Mora was that he was the quiet business type, which he should be! Who wants a dr. who doesn't know his business? After viewing a video on WLS, Dr. Mora explained, page by page, the booklet given to us at the office. I believe him to be very competent. His staff is warm, friendly and very helpful. Dr. Mora explained, very well, pre-op, surgery and post-op. He emphasized water, walking and exercise. He explained just how WLS is a tool and not a sure cure. Dr. Mora makes you feel like you are the only one in his office. He doesn't seem rushed and ask several times if there was anything else I needed to ask or have him explain. I have attended a support group at the YMCA and found that to be very helpful with some of my questions, also. "
