"I have yet to meet with him personally, I attended the most recent group consultation (Feb. 13) and met his nurse Jeannie and others who are looking into the surgery. The consult was very informative.
I had the necessary blood tests that same day at Maine General. Everyone that I came in contact with at the hospital were really friendly and helpful.
Scheduled for GallBladder Ultrasound on March 12th at 9am. They found a large stone. Guess that will come out with the surgery.
Finally finished my psych eval a few weeks ago...I think thats all that there is left for me to do, except wait for approval and/or an appointment.
4/21/03 After many months of delays and appointments I am now scheduled for surgery, on April 25, 2003. Wish me luck! :) This is only the abridged version...lol"
