I joined OH on the advice of my surgeon's office, and I am so glad I did!! Mine is the average story, overweight since I was a child, multiple attempts at weight loss, some success but always regained the weight and over the last 10 years regained and added weight. Now I have found a tool to help me lose it and keep it off and the friends to support me while I do!
