My 3 months results.

Hello.Well today I was at my doctor's office. I met a lot of people who are going or just got surgery interesting conversations. But well My results were good the only thing is that I have vitamin A deficiency. My weight lost was of 30 lbs. and my BMI is 40.9 from 45.5. I'm proud of my self. I was told I have to loose 100lbs more. And that is my goal before February of next year.
