Congratulations!! I just joined the losers bench myself (9/5) but I can tell you that moving and sipping really do help. If you haven't gotten all your prescriptions filled yet, take time to go get them filled NOW -- especially your liquid pain killer for post-op! I just wish I had gotten a script for Prevacid since that's what they want me on, but they never gave me a script for it! You'll do great!! We're waiting for you here on the other side.

You are going to shine. Just remember to journal and take plenty of pictures (especially when you think you are so far down that you'll never be able to come back up) that way when you have met your goal weight, are healthy and happier you will look back at the pics and re-read your journal and it'll help you never get back to this day. Monday will begin a new journey. The past 18 years are ended and from your surgery on you will be shaped into a new man, both physically and mentally. Arise to the challenge by staying true to who you are and using your surgery as a tool for better health. I hope you meet your goals, reach your dreams and have a blessed and speedy recovery Matthew.
