"My first encounter with Dr. G. was on Feb. 13, 2004. He was a very kind and gentle guy, and was VERY knowledgeable about his business. A few of my friends referred me to this doctor. I am in the approval stage of this journey with psych, nutrition evaluations. The office staff has been very helpful also, Lisa D. is working with my case, and Lita shared her WLS story with us at the first consult with the doctor. The whole staff addressed the benefits as well as the risks involved with the procedure as well as follow-up care. I would rate the experience at big 10 so far!! Lisa D. has been an angel with helping me get approved. My official date is August 16, 2004. I found out about my insurance approval, on May 5, 2004. Lisa D. from Dr. Gorospe's office gave me all the info I needed for the next step of preparing for surgery. Great experience so far."
