"I have only seen Dr. Engler once for my initial consult. I watched a video which explained the surgery and then met with him. He seemed more interested in getting information for the initial letter to my insurance company than discussing anything with me. But I believe he is very qualified to perform the surgery, he does a lot of them in this area. I don't really care for his "bedside" manner, but I feel comfortable with him doing the surgery. I know someone that had the surgery, and she said that the follow up care was great.
9-11-00 I went to a support group meeting tonight w/Dr. Engler as the speaker. He was very pleasant to talk to. He was very thorough in his discussion, and gave me a lot of information. He answered questions, and I was really happy with the whole meeting. Except for afterwards! Long story!! "
