December 30, 2006--It's been a long time since I have updated anything. I am doing really good. I had my gastric bypass surgery on August 22, 2006. I have now lost 60 lbs. It sure is good to have lost that much in 4 months. I didn't know how getting through the Christmas season would serve me. Thank God I did really well (didn't really overeat). Hope the new year will bring even more weight loss. I'm hoping to get down to at least 150 lbs.
