"My first impression was someone who knew what he was doing, he still walked me through every step of the way. the office staff was great, when I had a problem post op, they made sure I could speak with him.I only wish he had someone to field calls for him because he is very busy, and the return calls where up to 2 hours later.but I am thankful he returned my calls, I was concerned I would be on my own after being sent home, but he assured me, that he would always return my calls if I needed anything. Future patients should know that he is a very competent Surgeon and cares for his patients. aftercare was gone over in detail, structured aftercare? not that I remember, just I saw him 6 days post op and will see him 25 days post op did he address the risks? of course and we all know the major risk... :( I would rate him great overall, he was really there for me when I had a small post op problem. Surgical competance and bedside manner were both exceptional, and I owe my new life to him."
